We may also collect general website usage data to help us improve our online experience.

We use this information to manage team rosters, communicate through tools such as the Heja app, coordinate practices and games, handle payments when applicable, and support athlete safety. We may share limited information with tournament organizers, facility staff, or trusted service providers when needed to operate the program. We never sell personal information to outside organizations.

Photos or videos taken at practices, games, or events may be used for team communication, social media updates, or program promotion. Families who wish to opt out of media use may contact the Program Director in writing. All communication and registration involving minors must be completed or approved by a parent or legal guardian.
